Recently, my 90-year-old mother’s power was out for 3 days and when it came back on the furnace didn’t work. When the company that usually does her furnace/air conditioning work failed, she called Waterbury who was there within 1 hour on a Friday night and fixed the problem immediately so after 3 nights of having no heat, she went to sleep warm. Very professional and followed with a check up to see that all was working to our satisfaction and perfection. Also asked if anything more they could do or help with and just let them know. They also did our duct cleaning and and fixed a couple of things the best service and follow up we have had in 33 years of marriage. Appreciate the system and the people. Gary Black did a great job presenting options, selecting the correct size units, and answering questions. He was also very responsive to following up on my calls and coordinating installation. Heating and A/C installation was moved ahead and completed in half the time planned. Installers were prompt, professional, and courteous and had to have worked very diligently to get the project completed in one day. A/C does a terrific job cooling so am looking forward to what we can expect with heating in the upcoming fall/winter months. I would highly recommend Waterbury to others for heating and

We are very satisfied with the Lennox product. Waterbury did a very good job retrofitting this system into a 1959 built house. The air handler had to be mounted in the attic. The only problem we had was with the electical work Waterbury did.
It took a little longer than planned but they did make it right with us and the system is working perfectly. The system we purchased is a heat pump so obviously we have not had a chance to use the system for heating.C. Eliason

We had a system installed in an older home that only had radiator heat, and no air conditioning, so installation was a bit tricky. They did an excellent job, and were very careful to preserve our historical house attributes. They did take a little longer to install this system than they originally thought, because they took the additional time necessary to make sure ceiling vents lined up. (The system was installed in the attic, and they had to go through closets on the second floor to get

Just wanted to write a note commending Waterbury on your customer service. I had an issue with my furnace on Monday (02/27/2012). I chose Waterbury after a positive experience last summer regarding my water heater. I called at about 6:50 A.M. just trying to find out your hours so I could call back when you were open. To my surprise, someone answered the phone, took my information and indicated someone would call me back shortly. By 7:10 A.M. or so I got a call back saying John (service technician) was on his way to my house. John was there by around 7:30 A.M. and by 8:05 A.M. my problem was fixed and I was out the door to work. In fact, John had my problem diagnosed before even stepping foot into my furnace room.
I was amazed at the quick and courteous service and have told everyone who will listen. Tell John, whomever might have answered the phone and everyone else I really appreciate it and will use and recommend Waterbury for all my needs.

Waterbury Heating and Cooling Inc installed a Lennox furnace, heat pump, humidifier, filter system, garage heater and water heater in my home. Installation went according to plan. The installer managed the total package install professionally and efficiently. He kept me informed of each step and notified me of any additional issues and gave advice when asked. Everyone associated with the project was polite and courteous. The overall installation was done to my satisfaction.

A big thank you to Bruce [Benolkin], our service technician! We had 2 other service technicians (from 2 different companies) come out to figure out why our son’s room was getting very limited heat during the winter when previously there were no problems with it. While the other 2 service technicians did not correct the problem, Bruce did. He explained what the problem was, fixed it, and explained that if there was still not sufficient heat going into the bedroom that he could come back out and re-route the heat to get even more heat going into the room. We used the heat this morning and the heat coming into the small bedroom sufficiently warmed up the room with no problem. Again, thanks Bruce. I appreciate the great job you did!

I just wanted to commend you on your employee, Jim [Koupal], who came to check my furnace and helped locate a very mysterious gas odor, which turned out to be a leak. The gas company had been here twice, and said both times they could not locate one! I am VERY appreciative! He was so thorough with his work and the information he gave me about the furnace. No pressure, just pure knowledge and explanations for all our needs.
