Conditions

This program provides scheduled planned maintenance service on your air conditioning or heating system. This service is performed by highly skilled professionals and is designed to give you priority service over non-contract customers. Although scheduled maintenance checks do not guarantee against breakdowns, planned maintenance service agreement helps prolong the life of your system as well as avoid costly repairs. Recommended repairs should be don at time of recommendation. If declined, a follow-up trip charge would apply. This agreement will automatically renew unless conceled by customer within 30 days of renewal date.
